hello! we currently have 2 openings in our spacious 4 bedroom house located in moorpark! we are within walking distance of grocery stores, restaurants, 6 miles from clu and minutes from moorpark college. the rooms are $700 each and you will have full housing privileges, we want you to feel like it is your house as well!household age ranges from 23-24 both male and female live here. we are laid-back/chill people who are either a young working professional or in our last years of college. we are seeking someone in or around our age range, no preference on gender. looking for someone who will be responsible, pays bills/rent on time, cleans up after themselves, and who will be a joy to hang around. we don't want to have an awkward living situation so someone who is very private/stays in room all the time and doesn't like to socialize this place probably isn't for you.
