i am a 57 year old professional who has been renting from a long time friend who was just informed the owner of the house is selling and i need to find a room to rent soon in the south salinas area close to where i work as i have no vehicle. i am single, quiet and do not party. i spend most my free time with my granddaughter who is graduating from salinas high this month. i love to cook and i keep my surroundings clean. i would prefer a furnished room but will take anything at this time and gradually furnish myself.
